2. Services. omegayield provides an electronic trading platform for the instruments listed on this platform. No part of this is personal advice; all trading decisions remains yours. Displayed market data is for information and can lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading brings serious downside and fits only accounts who can hold through it. Leverage can push drawdowns past the collateral posted. Only trade capital whose total loss you would survive.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and funding rates sit on the Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Fees may change once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited uses. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, IP infringement and illegal use are prohibited. Laundering plus sanctions violations are included under this clause too.
6. Liability. Where law permits legal extent, omegayield is not liable for indirect, special and consequential losses connected to the Services.
7. Amendments. These Terms might change periodically. Using the Services after updates means consent. Controlling law comes from the registering jurisdiction of our operating entity.
