These privacy terms sets out how omegayield ("we") gathers, uses and protects personal information across our site and Services. We serve as data controller for that information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and similar identity data plus KYC documents required by regulation. We also keep: transaction and trade logs, device logs and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract fulfilment, legal duty, and legitimate interest.
Use of data. Running your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, and securing systems, and opt-in product emails with easy opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custody, payment, verification), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for the account life plus statutory windows (typically five-seven years for trades). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access governance.
Your rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection rights may be used by emailing [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
